Торговые Споры В Рамках Вто, В Которых Участвует Россия, И Механизм Их Разрешения

Abstract

В августе 2012 года Российская Федерация присоединилась к Всемирной торговой организации (ВТО), в частности к механизму разрешения торговых споров в рамках ВТО. С тех пор Россия уже участвует в 26 спорах в рамках ВТО. В работе представлен обзор меха-низма разрешения торговых споров в рамках ВТО, а также краткий обзор существующих споров. Большое внимание уделено анализу споров, в которых участвует Россия в ролиистца и ответчика, а также интереса России при участии в торговых спорах в рамках ВТО в роли третьей стороны. Были выделены основные темы и сектора, по которым Россия в большинстве случаев участвует в спорах, как в качестве истца или ответчика, так и в роли третьей стороны.
