Расширение Трансграничного Сотрудничества На Основе Модели Участия Иностранных Компаний В Госзакупках

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные тренды трансграничного сотрудничества, как структурного элемента государственной экономической политики страны, в рамках которого все участники ориентированы на поиск гибкого режима трансграничных экономических отношений. Проведен анализ международных и отечественных механизмов госзакупок, доказывающий, что механизм электронных торгов позволяет существенно расширить возможности участия иностранных поставщиков. Авторами предложена модель организации участия российских и иностранных компаний в госзакупках в форме электронных аукционов, базирующаяся на четырех интеграционных управленческих механизмах, позволяющих создать комфортные условия расширения трансграничного сотрудничества.
