Abstract

Банк России является активным участником рабочих групп Базельского комитета побанковскому надзору и Совета по финансовой стабильности. Глобальный кризис и его последствия потребовали от стран G20 создания новых стандартов банковской стабильности. Разработанные стандарты включают выявление национальных системно значимых кредитных организаций, требования по изменению структуры их капитала, проводимым операциям и другие меры. Банк России последовательно повышает надежность, устойчивость и транспарентность национальной банковской системы. Рассматриваемые действия Банка России носят текущий и планируемый характер.
