Возможности И Ограничения Политики Импортозамещения В Промышленности

Abstract

Проводится сравнение общих параметров российского импорта с импортом стран, входящих в число крупнейших мировых импортеров. Анализ позволяет заключить, что его абсолютный и относительный размеры не чрезмерны. Рассматривается роль импорта врешении социально-экономических задач страны, в том числе в наполнении потребительского рынка и обеспечении воспроизводственных процессов. Приводятся оценки зависимости от поставок из-за рубежа отдельных отечественных рынков продукции обрабатывающей промышленности, анализируются возможности осуществления некоторых мер, направленных на импортозамещение, включая использование инструментов торговой политики. Автор приходит к выводу, что осуществление данных мер при ожидаемом спадев отечественной экономике окажется проблематичным. Фронтальное импортозамещениево всех обрабатывающих отраслях может привести к нежелательным экономическим последствиям.
