Abstract

В 21 веке вопросы производства и потребления чистого топлива приобретают все большую актуальность и значимость. Это связано не только с озабоченностью мирового сообщества о последствиях загрязнения окружающей среды для здоровья человека, но и с проблемами обеспечения занятости и роста доходов сельского населения. Для стран БРИКС оба эти фактора имеют значение, учитывая их роль в нарастании процессов выброса эмиссии углерода, а также растущее население и проблемы безработицы в АПК. Поэтому все страны БРИКС проводят программы по развитию производства биотоплива всвоих странах. Россия обладает серьезным потенциалом для производства и сбыта био-топлива на внешнем рынке. Поэтому представляется интересным рассмотреть возможныенаправления ее сотрудничества со странами БРИКС в этой области.
