Abstract

В статье анализируются истоки сегодняшнего противостояния Запада и России, спровоцированного политикой США и событиями на Украине. Показаны геополитическиеи теоретические (неолиберальные) основы информационной и экономической войны(«санкции») против России. Восстановление доверия и партнерства между Россией и За-падом во многом зависит от преодоления мифов и недостоверной информации, когда доказательной базой являются проверенные факты и достоверная статистика. Автором статьи сделаны соответствующие предложения на примере оценки последствий для России иУкраины предстоящей ассоциации последней с ЕС, а также критического анализа рейтинговых оценок России со стороны международных рейтинговых агентств.
