Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена анализу международно-правового регулирования применения мер ограничения международной торговли морскими живыми ресурсами. Автор рассматривает многосторонние соглашения по охране окружающей среды и практикумеждународных судебных учреждений в контексте применения указанных мер. Автором обосновывается позиция, в соответствии с которой, применение мер ограничения между-народной торговли морскими живыми ресурсами, способствует одновременно охранеокружающей среды и экономическому развитию государств. Меры ограничения международной торговли становятся стандартами хозяйственно-экономической деятельности всфере торговли морскими живыми ресурсами в целях их рационального использования,справедливого и взаимовыгодного сотрудничества государств.
