Abstract

Авторы рассматривают в статье отношения между центральными национальными банками государств на современном этапе развития международных экономических отношений. Главное место в статье принадлежит анализу своп-линий - специального финансового инструмента, направленного на решение проблем с ликвидностью на мировых финансовых рынках. Своп-линии могут рассматриваться как инструмент предоставления мировой резервной валюты, а также как механизм распространения использования наци-ональной валюты в международных расчетах. Особое внимание уделено анализу механизмов, обеспечивающих эффективность своп-линий.
