Иностранные Инвестиции В Россию: Возможности И Ограничения

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена динамика и виды поступающих иностранных инвестиций, их изменение в текущем столетии и влияние на российскую экономику. Автор анализирует отраслевую структуру прямых иностранных инвестиций и возможности их использования для модернизации экономики. Отмечаются положительные сдвиги, связанные с внедрением иностранного капитала в промышленность России. Происходят эти процессы при непосредственном участии государства. В тоже время на основе анализа международного опыта и российского законодательства автор делает вывод о сохранении неоправданных ограничений и барьеров для долгосрочных стратегических инвестиций и выдвигает предложения по устранению выявленных недостатков.
