Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению современных видов стратегических альянсов. Цель исследования состоит в предложении комплексного подхода к классификации международ-ных стратегических альянсов в рамках модели их создания и функционирования. Модельпозволяет систематизировать, логически связать существующие разрозненные теоретические подходы к классификации альянсов и дополнить их новыми видами. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в практической деятельности компаний, планирующих создание стратегического альянса в условиях международной конкуренции.
