Риски Государственно-Частного Партнерства В Инновационной Сфере Республики Казахстан

Abstract

В статье обозначено, что инновационный процесс становится все более интенсивными более затратным в отношении всех видов ресурсов. Поэтому наиболее эффективное использование имеющегося потенциала обусловливает необходимость интеграции сил науки, частного бизнеса и государства в экономике. Автором рассмотрены факторы инновационных рисков, приводятся их виды. Наиболее оптимальным, с точки зрения синергетического эффекта от совместной реализации инновационных проектов, представлен процесс интеграции государства с остальными субъектами экономики, который позволит наиболее рационально использовать имеющиеся ресурсы, внедрять эффективную систему управления инновационным риском и повысить ожидаемые результаты реализуемого проекта.
