Abstract

Статья посвящена выбору стиля менеджмента в компании как одной из ключевых задач корпоративного управления, актуальных для российского бизнеса. Приведен анализ преимуществ и недостатков различных стилей менеджмента, существующих в Европе, в том числе представлена Гарцбургская модель управления, основанная на делегировании полномочий и ответственности. В теории и на практике проанализирована возможность адаптации исследуемой модели менеджмента в российскую бизнес-среду, а также основные барьеры, возникающие на пути трансформации менеджмента. Показано, что такая адаптация возможна и достаточно эффективна, при условии системного подхода и максимального вовлечения сотрудников компании в трансформационные процессы.
