Развитие Научно-Исследовательской Деятельности В Мировой Экономике

Abstract

На современном этапе развития участие страны в международном технологическомобмене является важнейшей характеристикой ее положения в системе МЭО. К трем традиционным лидерам в сфере НИОКР США, ЕС и Японии недавно присоединился Китай. Растет научный авторитет других развивающихся стран. В статье рассматриваются основные показатели, характеризующие уровень развития инновационного потенциала в мире и лидирующих странах с особым акцентом на ситуацию в России. Основное внимание уделяется положению дел в области интеллектуальной собственности. Анализируется динамика патентных заявок. Отмечается, что в России, несмотря на определенную активность в этой области, научный потенциал пока задействован слабо.
