Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу вопросов защиты интеллектуальной собственности в деятельности региональных экономических объединений. В работе рассмотрено положение дел в данной области в таких объединениях, как НАФТА, МЕРКОСУР и АСЕАН. Основной акцент сделан на защите интеллектуальной собственности в рамках Таможенного союза Единого экономического пространства России, Белоруссии и Казахстана; проанализированы базовые документы ТС-ЕЭП в этой сфере. Помимо общих вопросов защиты интеллектуальной собственности, внимание уделено некоторым практическим аспектам,в частности, таким как ведение Единого реестра объектов интеллектуальной собственности таможенного союза.
