Abstract

Автор рассматривает в статье тенденцию развития оффшорного бизнеса, то есть перевода юридических лиц в страны и территории с низким уровнем налогообложения предпринимательской деятельности. Анализируются тенденции, характерные для компаний промышленно развитых государств и для компаний России. Рассматриваются причины и факторы возникновения и развития оффшорных операций, основные направления этой деятельности. Выявлены направления противодействия оффшорной деятельности в России и в других странах. Указывается на необходимость улучшения налогового климата в странах базирования компаний как главного фактора экономического стимулирования возврата компаний из оффшоров.
