Abstract

Несмотря на существование Соглашений ВТО, определяющих универсальные обяза-тельства, которыми должны руководствоваться правительства при разработке и прак-тическом применении национальных нормативно-правовых актов в сфере торговли, вкаждой стране создан конкретный механизм, регулирующий доступ товаров и услуг наих внутренний рынок. В статье рассмотрен широкий спектр инструментов и механизмоврегулирования внешнеэкономической деятельности, в основном импорта, применяемых вБразилии, Индии и Китае. Изучение международного опыта в этой сфере представляетсяисходным пунктом для выработки действенных механизмов защиты российского произ-водителя в условия членства РФ во Всемирной торговой организации.
