Присоединение России К Оэср: Особенности Гармонизации Правового Регулирования Оборота Химических Веществ

Abstract

В исследовании анализируются международные стандарты ОЭСР по регулированию оборота химических веществ. Рассмотрено состояние российского законодательства сточки зрения готовности соответствовать требованиям ОЭСР. Акцентируется вниманиена необходимости реализации определенных задач, сформулированных автором, в целях приведения российского законодательства стандартам ОЭСР, в том числе для ускоренияпроцесса присоединения России к данной международной организации. Обозначенное позволит получить одобрение Комитета ОЭСР по химическим веществам в отношении проводимой политики в России по регулированию химических веществ, что положительноотразится на общей оценке Совета ОЭСР о готовности России стать членом ОЭСР.
