Abstract

В настоящей статье автором рассмотрены процессы бюджетного федерализма в мире. Обоснованы основные принципы и направления бюджетного стимулирования экономического роста регионов на основе использования положительного прогрессивного опыта наиболее успешных федеративных государств (США, Канада, Германия).In this article the author considers processes of budgetary federalism in the word. The main principles and directions of budgetary stimulation of economic growth in the regions on the basis of using the positive progressive experience of the most successful federative states (USA, Canada, Germany) are proved.
