Abstract

В статье рассматриваются этапы развития управления. Дается характеристика старой и новой парадигмы управления. Показываются основные формы проявления современной парадигмы управления. Приводится опыт работы зарубежных компаний, применяющих новые подходы к управлению. Называются причины, сдерживающие использование прогрессивных методов управления. Обращается внимание на первоочередные задачи, необходимые для совершенствования управления российскими предприятиями.
