Об Использовании Рубля В Международных Расчетах И Его Конвертируемость

Abstract

Ниже излагается позиция доктора экономических наук старшего вице-президента Росбанка М.В. Ершова по одному из сложнейших финансовых вопросов, который в последнее время стал остро практическим. Речь идет о полной конвертируемости рубля. Задачу о переходе к полной конвертируемости рубля, то есть, включая текущие и капитальные расчеты, поставил Президент России В.В. Путин в своем Послании Федеральному собранию страны 10 мая 2006 года. М.В. Ершов считает, что он в предлагаемом материале выражает свое личное мнение. Это мнение, по оценке журнала «Российский внешнеэкономический вестник», является глубоко профессиональным и интересным. Желающие высказать по данной проблеме свою точку зрения могут присоединиться к продолжающейся дискуссии. Начало дискуссии было положено обстоятельной статьей Н.В. Шалашовой, опубликованной в №9 за 2006 г. нашего журнала.
