Abstract

Состояние и трудности народного хозяйства стран, играющих существенную роль в мировой экономике; факторы, определяющие перспективы их развития, постоянно исследуются экономистами, обсуждаются в средствах массовой информации. Меньше внимания уделяется средним по размерам ресурсам и государствам. Совсем редко в отечественной экономической печати встречаются публикации о малых государствах. Между тем некоторые малые страны представляют собой интереснейшие хозяйственные феномены, успешно использующие свои ограниченные ресурсы и добившиеся заметных хозяйственных успехов на фоне ведущих мировых держав. Факторы, определяющие их развитие и благосостояние, часто несвойственные другим странам. Пути их участия в мирохозяйственной глобализации часто специфические, но обычно эффективные. Одним из таких государств является Люксембург.
