Abstract

В статье, опубликованной в журнале «Главный инженер», №1 за 2006 год, обсуждаются вопросы, связанные с использованием результатов научных исследований, полученных российскими учеными, рядом крупных зарубежных компаний. Указывается, в частности, что государство заинтересовано в контроле инноваций и получает от этого значительную прибыль. Автор считает, что эта система государственного контроля должна совершенствоваться, а научный потенциал России используется не полностью. Разрабатываемые в настоящее время законопроекты и постановления в значительной мере завершат формирование инфраструктуры, связанной с оборотом результатов научно-технической деятельности.
