Обязательства России В Вто: Плюсы И Минусы

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены условия присоединения России к ВТО: обязательства по облегчению доступа на рынки товаров и услуг и обязательства по системным вопросам. Показаны торгово-политические выгоды, которые сразу же получит Российская Федерация, приведены оценки макроэкономических последствий присоединения, отмечены риски, с которыми в ближайшие годы могут столкнуться отдельные отрасли.
