Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу современных тенденций развития трансграничных слияний и поглощений, исследованию причин, определяющих изменения активности компаний в области слияний и поглощений. Рассматриваются сделки с участием российских компаний, выступающих как в качестве покупателей, так и качестве продавцов бизнеса. Определяется позитивное и негативное влияние слияний и поглощений на российскую экономику. Также предлагаются варианты повышения их вклада в структурную трансформацию экономики России
