Abstract

В статье анализируется роль офшоров как важного инструмента оптимизации трансакционных издержек ТНК. В качестве теоретического базиса используется подход Р.Коуза к объяснению природы фирмы, начиная с её возникновения как субъекта экономических отношений и заканчивая правилом аллокации ресурсов и факторами роста фирмы. На основе рассмотрения причин включения офшорных фирм в структуры ТНК высказывается гипотеза о возможности отнесения офшорного бизнеса к институтам посредничества в мировой экономике.
