Abstract

Обмен рабочей силой между странами является одной из форм внешнеэкономических связей. Эта форма сложилась уже давно и сегодня является одной из широко используемых. Ниже публикуется изложение довольно интересного материала по данной проблеме. Как ни странно, имеются полярно разные точки зрения в этом вопросе. Мы публикуем мнение человека, который сделал своей специальностью заботу о людях, которые вынуждены менять не только место работы, но и страну. Итак, мы излагаем суждение Лидии Графовой председателя исполкома Форума переселенческих организаций.
