Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу использования зарубежного опыта государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП) в решении экономических задач России на примере Франции. Опыт французских энергетических ТНК, активно применяющих модели ГЧП, позволяет эффективно сотрудничать с государством в выполнении крупномасштабных государственных проектов, касающихся вопросов энергосбережения, энергетической и экологической эффективности.
