Abstract

В статье рассматривается значение интеграции для развития российских и зарубежных компаний. Дается характеристика отдельных форм интеграции, таких, как стратегические альянсы, территориальные кластеры, объединения конкурирующих компаний. Приводятся примеры развития ряда зарубежных компаний, которые активно участвуют в осуществлении процессов интеграции. Показаны пути развития различных форм взаимодействия компаний в промышленности на современном этапе.
