Abstract

Государственные корпорации играют значительную роль в современной экономике Вьетнама, однако вследствие неэффективного управления они создали препятствия для экономического развития страны, а также оказали негативное воздействие на имидж Вьетнама. Поэтому в целях восстановления доверия инвесторов и улучшения результатов деятельности государственных корпораций Вьетнамское правительство поставило перед ними перспективные задачи, направленные на разработку стратегий развития до 2015 года.
