Abstract

В статье рассматриваются дальнейшие изменения, произошедшие в валютном законодательстве в связи с принятием Инструкции Банка России № 138-И от 4 июня 2012г. с 1 октября 2012г. Данная статья посвящена анализу изменений в осуществлении валютного контроля за осуществлением расчётов между участниками внешнеторговой деятельности и их иностранными контрагентами. Автором статьи проводится анализ одного из базовых документов валютного контроля, а именно «Справки о валютных операциях», которая в нынешнем варианте не только отражает движение денежных средств, как было и прежде, но позволяет агентам валютного контроля поднять эффективность валютного контроля и ужесточить борьбу с утечкой капитала из страны.
