Abstract

Возрастание значимости высшего образования в мире и новые требования к нему вызывают необходимость пересмотра вузами стратегий своей деятельности. В новой парадигме развития университетов одну из главных ролей играет их человеческий капитал, в состав которого входят знания, навыки, творческие способности персонала, аспирантов и студентов. Предлагаемый подход позволяет интегрировать управление человеческим капиталом в общую стратегию инновационного развития вуза.
