Abstract

Проблематика согласования интересов не потеряет свою актуальность никогда, поскольку во все времена будет существовать разность мотивов, расхождение во взглядах, неоднородность потребностей. На наш взгляд, интересы собственников и наемных рабочих взаимно обуславливают друг друга и объединятся в рамках общего корпоративного интереса. Его формирование и осознание происходит в процессе согласования интересов. Следует, тем не менее, заметить, что процесс согласования интересов не заканчивается осознанием общего интереса и формированием организационной культуры, он длится в течение всей «жизни» предприятия.
