Abstract

Актуальность статьи заключается в необходимости решения вопроса на государственном уровне о подготовке педагогических кадров для организаций интернатного типа. Наиболее успешно решаются вопросы подготовки детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, к самостоятельной жизни там, где осуществляется педагогическое их сопровождение специалистами, имеющими специальную подготовку. В статье обозначены основные направления подготовки и переподготовки педагогических кадров.
