Влияние Акмеологических Технологий На Развитие Предпосылок Профессионализма И Преодоление Негативных Стереотипов У Студентов

Abstract

Адаптация к новой педагогической системе в начальный период профессионального становления студентов характеризуется наличием психодинамических барьеров и негативных стереотипов. Средств усовершенствования процесса подготовки студентов является овладение ими акмеологической теорией, которая позволяет формировать у студентов системные знания и комплексные умения в профессиональной деятельности. Овладение студентами акмеологической теорией реализуется через акмеологические технологии. Они помогают логически выстроить систему взаимодействия со студентами, спрогнозировать качественный результат, выбрать стратегии, изначально ориентирующие на качество образовательных задач, что закладывает предпосылки дальнейшего мастерства обучаемых.
