Abstract

В акмеологической практике используются две группы стратегий, выстроенных на принципе единства интеграции и дифференциации: стратегии обеспечения результата и стратегии управления образовательным пространством. К стратегиям обеспечения качественного результата относятся: усиление интеграционных процессов в образовании; обучение анализу через синтез; создание гетерогенной акмесреды с ситуациями выбора для творческой самореализации личности студента; внедрение в образовательный процесс акмеологических технологий; поэтапное усиление коммуникативной направленности профессиональной подготовки. Стратегиями управления процессом профессиональной подготовки являются: гуманизация образовательного процесса; демократизация жизнедеятельности студентов.
