Abstract

В данном научном докладе профессора Айнабека К.С. рассматриваются факторы формирования инновационного потенциала вузовской системы и пути совершенствования научно-образовательной деятельности, в частности, введение мотивационного механизма, основанного на показателе ВВП на душу населения, как объективно верхний предел заработной платы для всех, для высокопрофессиональных менеджеров, специалистов, ученых и отдельных работников; нормирования труда на основе международных стандартов; прогрессивные формы объединения усилий науки, образования, государства и бизнеса в развитии инновационной экономики.
