Abstract

Развитие сферы образования, а также привлечение дополнительных инвестиций в данную отрасль во многом зависит от льготного режима налогообложения. По оценкам Всемирной торговой организации, емкость мирового рынка образования составляет 50-60 млрд. долларов и непрерывно растет. По мнению экспертов ЮНЕСКО, оказание иностранным гражданам образовательных услуг становится одним из самых прибыльных видов экспорта XXI века. Так, например, доход США от обучения иностранных студентов составляет 18 млрд. долларов в год, или 30-36% мирового образовательного рынка. Российский образовательный рынок тоже являлся всегда востребованным. Вместе с тем, образование одна из таких отраслей, которая должна быть поддержана со стороны государства, в том числе на законодательном уровне путем совершенствования налогообложения.
