Abstract

В мировой системе образования сложилась устойчивая тенденция к интернационализации и интеграции. На этом фоне углубление международных образовательных связей придает взаимозависимости национальных образовательных систем глобальный характер. Основой программы совместных скоординированных мероприятий государств СНГ по построению системы международной интеграции в образовательной сфере должно являться поэтапное построение межгосударственной сети открытого дистанционного образования (МС ОДО) распределенной системы дистанционного обучения, позволяющей на деле реализовать принципы открытого образования на основе современных информационных и коммуникационных технологий.
