Abstract

Стремление заглянуть в будущее всегда было свойственно людям. Но никогда оно не оказывалось столь сильным, как в наше время, в эпоху стремительных перемен, рождения принципиально новых явлений и противоречивых тенденций, не имеющих аналогов в прошлой истории человечества. Обоснованные предположения о путях дальнейшего развития разных сфер общественной жизни приобретают все более важное социальное и политическое значение. Закономерно поэтому, что теория и практика прогнозирования заняла большое место в современной системе научного знания.
