Abstract

Представлен обзор работ, предлагающих разные объяснения существования специфической системы найма в университетах так называемого теньюра, которая предполагает наличие длительного испытательного срока и возможность получения гарантий постоянного рабочего места. Рассматриваются как модели, принимающие во внимание специфику информационного множества, т. е. различное распределение информации между участниками взаимодействия), таки модели, учитывающие ограниченность числа вакансий и конкуренцию за них между профессорами
