Abstract

ЮНЕСКО опубликовало доклад о масштабах коррупции в сфере образования в мире. Среди представленных в докладе 60 стран оказалась и Россия. Авторы исследования оценили ситуацию в нашей стране как «значительно ухудшившуюся». По их данным, ежегодно российские вузы получают взяток на 520 млн долларов. Немалая их часть, считают независимые эксперты, идет на покупку кандидатских и докторских диссертаций.
