Abstract

В 2006 году был принят Лесной кодекс и менее чем через пять лет леса оказались в огне. Пожары 2010 года надолго запомнятся москвичам, которые «присоединились» хоть в чём-то к остальной России, давно уже задыхавшейся в дыму. В 2011 году, по сообщениям СМИ, площадь пожаров превысила прошлогодний уровень. Внешние проявления желаемой властями «модернизации» образования напоминают «модернизацию» лесного хозяйства, но последствия такого Закона «Об образовании в Российской Федерации» будут значительно драматичнее
