Системная Организация Экономики И Концепция Российской Модернизации

Abstract

В данной работе предлагается концепция системной организации экономики, согласно которой функционирование экономики происходит в форме образования, деятельности и взаимодействия тетрад групп из четырех взаимодействующих экономических систем, представляющих четыре типа систем: среды, процессы, проекты и объекты. Показывается, что каждая из таких систем в силу своей природы может служить источником двух из четырех базовых ресурсов экономики: доступного для системы пространства, времени жизненного цикла, а также производительных сил, обеспечивающих интенсивность использования пространствнного ресурса и активность использования ресурса времени
