Среда Как Фактор Формирования Инновационного Человека

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются элементы среды, стимулирующие человека к инновационной деятельности. Автор выделяет два уровня воздействия среды на инновационность человека: уровень общества в целом и уровень организации. На первом уровне наиболее сильное воздействие оказывает менталитет нации, а на втором спрос на новшества внутри организации и система стимулов. Влияние всех элементов на деятельность человека рассмотрено на примере научной работы аспирантов.
