Abstract

В статье дается описание свойств и составляющих образовательного кредита, анализируется роль государства как гаранта студенческих займов в условиях информационной асимметрии. Показаны различные формы кредитования, виды и элементы студенческих кредитов. Представлен опыт образовательного кредитования в западных странах (США, Швеции, Германии, Австралии), а также в государствах СНГ. Во второй части статьи строится модель стимулирующего контракта при образовательном кредитовании. На основе теории агентских отношений предлагается способ снижения риска невозвращения кредита путем предоставления студенту права на отсроченные платежи по кредиту и льготный период. Моделью предусматривается возможность для банка менять процентную ставку в зависимости от успехов студента.
