Abstract

В статье приводится обзор истории возникновения глобальный рейтингов университетов. Показывается их влияние на политику в сфере высшего образования, рассматриваются методические особенности и недостатка рейтинговых систем. Обсуждаются направления использования глобальных рейтингов в прикладных направлениях
