Abstract

В статье представлена специфика формирования здорового образа жизни средствами физической культуры и спорта в условиях учебно-воспитательного процесса в школе. Определены и обоснованы принципы, содержание, особенности и формы учебно-воспитательного процесса в формировании здорового образа жизни у учащихся общеобразовательных школ средствами физической культуры и спорта. Представлен опыт создания систематической и целенаправленно организуемой в учебно-воспитательном процессе деятельности, направленной на культивирование физической культуры и спорта в формировании здорового образа жизни учащихся общеобразовательных школ.
