Abstract

Внедрение системы ИКТ органами государственной власти рассматривается с точки зрения постепенного формирование сетевой модели публичного государственного управления. В статье представлен анализ внедрения ИКТ в государственное управление в регионах ЦФО, проведен авторский анализ статистических данных, (Институт свободы информации, С.-Петербург) для определения закономерностей и связей при помощи системы SPSS.
