Совершенствование Инновационного Процесса Предприятия Путем Формирования Мотивирующей Среды

Abstract

Исследована роль мотивирующей среды, основанной на значимости человеческого и интеллектуального капитала, которая выступает в качестве инструмента повышения эффективности инновационного процесса организации. Представлены методология и результаты анкетирования представителей российского среднего и крупного бизнеса в контексте оценки степени инновационности и особенностей реализации элементов мотивирующей среды. Сделаны выводы, согласно которым корпоративная культура, ориентированная на инновации, строится на принципе поощрения внутренней конкуренции и самостоятельного планирования; творческий потенциал реализуется в контексте отбора сотрудников по уровню их предпринимательских способностей и предприимчивости; инновационная инфраструктура формируется на основе активной обратной связи; атмосфера мотивов и стимулов к инновациям поддерживается методами материальной мотивации.
