Развитие Инновационной Активности Региональной Экономики Как Условие Неоиндустриального Развития (На Примере Пермского Края)

Abstract

Автором проанализирована инновационная активность экономики региона. Рассмотрены подходы ряда зарубежных и российских ученых к понятию «инновационная активность». Оценен уровень финансирования региональной научно-технологической сферы, проведен сравнительный анализ Пермского края и ряда субъектов РФ, сделан вывод о достаточно высоком месте Пермского края по финансовому оснащению региональных исследователей. По результатам проведения корреляционного анализа влияния фактора внутренних затрат на научные исследования и разработки на ВРП региона выявлено, что затраты на НИОКР оказывают влияние на обобщающий макроэкономический показатель с лагом в три года. Представлены сдерживающие факторы инновационной активности региона, определен вектор направления региональной экономики в контексте подъема инновационной активности промышленности.
